The Directorate of Elementary and Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa issued a notification on 17-04-2024 regarding the termination of invigilation staff for the year 2024.
The details are as follows:
Termination of inspection teams for the duty of exams 2024
Please refer to the aforementioned subject and be advised that the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination for the academic year 2024 is scheduled to commence on 18th April 2024.
In light of the importance of maintaining integrity and fair practices, it is imperative that necessary arrangements for this examination are made promptly.
Therefore, you are instructed to ensure immediate relief of all members of the inspection teams who have been identified to provide services as Superintendents/Invigilators for the upcoming SSC examination.
If any staff members are designated for service at any school under your jurisdiction, it is requested that you resolve this matter at your level to facilitate the smooth conduct of the examination.
Providing prompt relief to invigilators without any hindrance to their regular duties and maintaining the sanctity of examination proceedings are crucial.
Furthermore, you are urged to disseminate this directive to all principals within your jurisdiction and all Divisional Education Officers (DEOs),
emphasizing the importance of implementation and promptly relieving the nominated supervisory staff from their current responsibilities.
It is essential that they are relieved of their current duties immediately and adequately prepared to fulfill their responsibilities as supervisors of the SSC examination.
