Notification No. CTC(SGA&CD)3(27)/2009: The Government of Sindh, through this notification, declares May 1st, 2024 (Wednesday),
as a public holiday throughout the province of Sindh for all government officials, including elected representatives, in observance of “Labour Day.”
Bodies under administrative control of local councils, corporations, and self-governing bodies in Sindh, except for essential services, are included.

This holiday is part of the public and optional holidays in Pakistan for the year 2024 and is also included in the holiday schedule of the Sindh government.
