Islamabad: An important development has emerged regarding the social media campaign against Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiani and Justice Babar Sitarar of the Islamabad High Court.
The High Court has taken significant action under the contempt of court proceedings to address this matter.
According to Express News, a larger bench will convene on May 14th to handle cases related to contempt of court. The Islamabad High Court had previously formed two larger benches in this regard.
For the contempt of court campaign against the judges of the Islamabad High Court, Chief Justice Amir Farooq,
Justice Miyan Gul Husn Orangzaib, and Justice Arbab Mohammad Tahir are part of one bench, while Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiani,
Justice Tarek Mahmood Jhangiri, and Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan are part of the other bench, presided over by Justice Babar Sitarar.
