The candidate must have a minimum of twenty years of experience, including working in the power sector for at least ten years, with at least three years of experience in a senior management position.
The candidate must also have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a Master’s degree in Engineering or Business / Public Administration or Management or Economics or Finance.
