Position Details
1. Medical Director
Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical functions and patient management.
- Ensure quality control within clinical operations.
- Assess and develop clinical programs.
Qualification & Experience:
- Recognized Medical Degree.
- Minimum of seven (07) years of management/administrative experience in senior management positions within a health institution or organization.
2. Hospital Director
Responsibilities:
- Manage non-clinical functions, including HR, administration, and maintenance.
- Develop and oversee ancillary services.
- Handle communications and create business plans.
- Develop and manage the hospital budget.
Qualification & Experience:
- Recognized Master’s Degree in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management, Public Health, Public Administration, or any other relevant management field.
- Relevant management experience.
3. Nursing Director
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all nursing functions.
- Teach and train nurses.
- Maintain performance standards.
- Serve as a member of the MC (Medical Council).
Qualification & Experience:
- Nursing Qualification (RN).
- BScN Degree, preferably MSCN.
- At least seven (07) years of administrative and teaching experience in a reputable healthcare facility.
