The Punjab government’s Services and General Administration Department issued a notification in Lahore on April 22, 2024, regarding local closures scheduled for April 23, 2024, in connection with domestic affairs.
The Punjab government has announced this holiday due to the circumstances of non-resident workers. Details of local closures in Lahore are as follows:
Taking into account the situation of non-resident workers and to prevent the public from facing any inconvenience as a result,
it has been announced that local closures will be observed in Lahore district on Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
Local closures will be enforced within Lahore district and its surroundings. However, it’s noteworthy that this notification does not apply to the offices of the Punjab Secretariat, its affiliated departments, and local offices.
