Along with the completed job application form, a cover letter, along with 03 recent references, postal and email addresses, educational qualifications, experience,
and domicile certificates, 2 photographs, and a photocopy of CNIC should be submitted with the relevant original bank deposit slip / properly verified bank draft registered through courier service addressed to the following address “Hospital Director, Peshawar Institute of Cardiology.”

- Services of candidates will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical and Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015, which includes the institution’s regulations and requirements.
- Candidates must possess qualifications (degree and diploma), experience (only experiences after qualification will be considered, duly certified by the relevant department of the organization/human resources or establishment department, including appropriate reference and date of salary and appointment), Age (as per the closing date of advertisement) before the closing date of advertisement.
- Incomplete applications i.e., job application form missing, stated missing, expired, or invalid experience certificates, missing according to the requirement/standard diploma or degree.
- Late applications i.e., applications submitted after the specified date.
- Applications submitted without processing fees will not be considered.
