There are millions of domains for sale that are just sitting out there, waiting to be claimed. If you can find a domain name that is close to your business idea, snaps it up. You’ll have years of business ahead of you. Put up a website and start building traffic by adding articles on your site about relevant topics. Try to get featured in Google News or Huffington Post for extra traffic and exposure (assuming it’s related to your domain).
Offer SEO-related services on Fiverr or Upwork – where you do someone else’s SEO in exchange for links back to your site. Sign up with relevant forums and create an account – don’t post any threads, just use your account as an information resource where people can leave messages and contact info. This will help build your brand awareness. Find some other sites that allow paid advertisements and advertise on them.
