The Department of Treasury in Balochistan has announced vacancies for some contracts. These positions are based on contract for various roles within the province of Balochistan.

Department of Treasury, Government of Balochistan, under the Balochistan Public Finance Management Act 2020, has established four specialized units for the management of provincial revenues and financial policies.

These units include management, risk and investment management; budget reform management unit; and internal audit.

The Treasury Department intends to procure the services of competent and experienced professionals and Assistant staff based on the foundation of the contract in accordance with the prescribed terms and conditions,

providing detailed CVs of interested candidates to demonstrate their abilities and relevant experience, as required below:

Position:

Head of Unit (Provincial Revenues and Fiscal Policy Expert)

Age Limit :

a.      Must not be above 55 years of age

b.      Processing Balochistan Local Certificate or Domicile.

Position:

Head of Unit (Debt, Risk & investment Management Expert)

Age Limit :

a.      Must not be above 55 years of age

b.      Processing Balochistan Local Certificate or Domicile.

Position:

The Head of Unit (Budget Reform Management Expert)

Age Limit :

a.      Must not be above 55 years of age

b.      Processing Balochistan Local Certificate or Domicile.

Position:

Head of Unit (Chief Internal Auditor)

a.      Must not be above 55 years of age

Associate Provincial Revenue Management

Age Limit :

a.      Must not be 45 years of age.

Guidelines and Terms & Conditions

Interested candidates can submit their detailed CVs from April 24, 2024, to May 10, 2024, during office hours at Room No. 27, 1st Floor, Finance Department, Block-5, Balochistan Civil Secretariat, Zarghon Road, Quetta, contactable on 081-9202208.

Applicants currently serving in government positions should submit their applications through the appropriate channel, as per prevailing regulations, and the deadline for submission of applications will be the closing date of the advertisement for qualifications.

The Department reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the advertisement at any time without assigning any reason.

No travel or daily allowance will be provided for participation in the interview. Only shortlisted candidates,

who meet the requirements of the Specialized Units (Service and Functions) Rules, 2023 of the approved finance department, will be considered for interview.
